Pain reduces the most staunchest of people to children
Reclaiming the tears of hurt and sorrow
Hitting you like a train wreak, blindsiding you till you cant stand
Numbness, insanity, repression
words speak of insecurities
This cant be happening
This cant be real
You arent saying these things
This cant possibly exist
Eyes will speak the volumes that lips can never whisper,
Theyll show you the fear that the strongest of people will hide.
Mirrors crack under the strain of reality
This is not what it seems.
Caught in the onslaught of emotional trauma and discord will ruin any sense of reasoning,
Whats black and white now fades away and leaves the colours of choices in its wake.
You cant think clearly
You cant see
This is the corruption that lays beneath your feet.
Cant you see that shes been crying!?
Sometimes the ignorance of people can play the world for better
You know nothing of how she feels, though its written on her face
The camera tells tales of a sleepy child, not one whos felt realities cruel fist.
Enthusiasm lacking in features so noticeable haggard
Look at her eyes
This cant possibly exist.
